The Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO) has picked up Ashanti Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Bernard Antwi Boasiako, popularly known as Chairman Wontumi, following a visit to the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) headquarters on Tuesday, May 27. The Minority in Parliament is demanding answers from Energy Minister John Jinapor following new claims that ECG containers previously reported as missing were never actually lost. Reports indicate that the containers have been located at the Tema Port all along.
